When Graduate reclaimed the old Chancellor Hotel as its Fayetteville debut, KIN was entrusted with infusing soul into the space. We sourced vintage finds and curated works by Arkansas-based artists to populate both public areas and guest rooms. Our collection spans painting and photography—each piece selected to tether hospitality to local creative story.
